The big question everybody always asks is, how did she do it? Celebrity chef and TV show host Rachael Ray has always been open to questions about her personal life and questions about how she lost so much weight are no exception either. She has always been a curvy and cute lady but nowadays she is looking even more appealing and attractive. The outfits she is wearing nowadays are at least two or three sizes smaller than the ones she wore before and they are making her look greater than ever even though she is in her 40-s. So what is the secret of the Rachael Ray weight loss? How did she manage to lose much in spite of the fact that she makes such lip smacking dishes every day? Let us read about how she did it.
Run Rachael Run!
Rachael Ray took to running three miles every day after she went through a surgery for removing a cyst. She used to hate the gym before but right now, she is in love with it. According to an article in the People magazine about the Rachael Ray weight loss, she runs for at least thirty minutes in a day and then goes to the gym for an even harder workout of almost an hour. She indulges in elliptical training and then uses a variety of machines to tone her body. Apparently, she goes to the gym everyday of the week except on Sundays. Right now Rachael claims that she feels sexier and healthier than even before. She also feels that she feels more energetic even though she really didn’t need any extra energy even when she was fat!
Who is counting?
It is hard to believe that Rachael is not aware of how many pounds she has lost! She says that she has avoided the weighing scale since the age of 12! Another amazing fact in the Rachael ray weight loss story is that she didn’t follow any particular diet. Normally, any type of weight loss requires a combination of 70% diet and 30% exercise, but that seemingly didn’t work for her. All she did was exercise for ninety minutes in a day! This just goes to show that how important it is to exercise for losing weight.
A wonder fruit
Rachael Ray is right now one of the most well renowned names in the food industry and has conquered the world with her easy and tasty recipes. So how did she manage to stay away from all those dishes? Now this is a real secret of the Rachael Ray weight loss story! According to a lot of sources, she used ample amounts of Acai Berry in her diet and that helped her with losing so much weight. This fruit is believed to be an Amazonian wonder fruit that can help anybody with weight loss and also against signs of aging! It also serves as an anti-bacterial and an anti-inflammatory agent and flushes out toxins, bad cholesterol and fats from the body. Therefore, it is not a wonder that this miracle fruit was used in the Rachael Ray weight loss program!

RE: Weight loss:
The two sites that give testimonials (supposedly from Rachael) use the IDENTICAL testimonies (word for word) but for two different products: green coffee beans and raspberry ketones. BOth have links to Dr. Oz. When I realized how misleading these were (plus some of the testimony sounds pretty phony–no hidden charges, etc–very “promotional”) I checked the web address which spells her name wrong. Although the PAGE says “everyday with rachael Ray”, the actual web address is racheal.com. spelled wrong, plus adds the word secure u.s. WOW, am I glad I looked around!!!! Not her doing, I think…
Hi bzribee,
Thanks for your comment. I’m glad to hear that your being very careful online! You have got to be, believe me!
I love working online and I put in some real hours, like anywhere from 8 to 14 hours a day! I kid you not.
I only have products on this site from reputable companies like Amazon which is one of the very largest online! They do billions in sales yearly.
I also allow ads from Google, which is the most powerful site online, and they own Youtube which is another online giant.
If you ever need any assistance for online products, or anything like information, ebooks, articles, videos, etc. just send me an email to: david@rachaelrayweightloss.com
Thanks again,
David
I fell for it. I paid $4.95 each for two products, thinking it was an ad for Rachael. How can Rachael get rid of these scanners?
Sorry for your trouble, unfortunately, all we can do is to try an educate people to be mindful before they enter their personal information, or purchase anything online.
Even offline you must beware!
Thanks for stopping in!
David
I just did the same exact thing… I purchased the two products that were claiming to have a link to Rachael Ray and the magazine. I am super upset by this! I was hoping that it was going to work. I already purchased the items. Was there ever a mention of this on her show or in the magazine??
(
Bre,I am sorry to hear about your bad experience online? It is a shame that these people sell things and lead you to believe that they can be trusted.
I never purchase anything at all online unless they have a money back guarantee!
Unless its for one or two dollars and I just don’t care?
I also never purchase anything unless it goes through a reputable online banking system i.e.(PayPal.com) I use them all the time for online transactions and so far I have been pretty fortunate, although I have got my money back many times online when the item was not to my liking, or was not as advertised.
I saw that too!!! It’s totally irritating, and how can that be legal!??
I don’t know how she lost the weight – as I couldn’t get past the first paragraph… which I found offensive. What I took offensive to where two sentences…
1) She has always been a curvy and cute lady but nowadays she is looking even more appealing and attractive.
2)The outfits she is wearing nowadays are at least two or three sizes smaller than the ones she wore before and they are making her look greater than ever even though she is in her 40-s.
What message are these sentences sending. That curvy and cute is somehow not as appealing and attractive as thin. And that somehow being in your 40′s and looking good is hard to believe – unless you’re thin.
The message is subtle but there.
’m not quite sure what the message is your referring to? It seems pretty clear cut to me?
It says she has always had a cute curvy figure, it also says that she has lost weight and she can now wear clothes several sizes smaller.
Then it goes on to say that the outfits she is wearing make her look great even though she is now in her 40′s.
I don’t understand what the message is that your getting from this, but if I was you, instead of reading something into the message that it doesn’t say, I would just take from it what it does say!
Thanks for stopping in, and I really thank you for commenting. I do appreciate the comments, but I know the writer, and I can assure you that what is said is exactly what is meant.
Hi David
I have to agree with Rocky. Women in North America today are riddled with body image issues and extreme dieting, anorexia and bulimia are rampant. We are also living in a society that celebrates youth to the point that most women fear aging and often do drastic things to themselves to try to keep looking like they’re 20 instead of embracing age and aging gracefully. I am a thin, young and attractive woman with a healthy self-image and I found that opening paragraph off-putting so I can’t image how it came across to any readers who are struggling with weight or age issues. Anyone who is going to be writing for the public needs to be a little more sensitive to these issues and should be able to talk about weight loss without the negative connotations.
Molly,
Should we continue to ignore the obesity epidemic in our society? The one that is a substantial factor in heart disease and diabetic related deaths in our country. The epidemic that is helping to drive our healthcare costs through the roof. Should we ignore this epidemic to spare the feelings of those individuals who want sympathy for their self-inflicted disease? I applaud all the food show personalities who demonstrate that you can eat well, enjoy your food and still be healthy.
OH PUHLEZE…We are the most FORTUNATE and BLESSED country on the PLANET to have such a tremendous standard of life. We should thank our lucky stars that OBESITY seems to be the only thing people can whine about. People are EXPLOITING weight loss as a means of MAKING MONEY. Don’t make me laugh thinking they are CONCERNED about our health. I don’t know what liberal rock you crawled out from under but your talking points are OLD and STALE.
amazing. she lost weight by exercising 6 days a week? i wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t read it with my own eyes. all this time I was trying to lose weight by not moving and eating cake all day.
David, I’m sorry everyone is so cynical… it’s just the age we live in. Best of luck to you.
Mistie I don’t sweat the small stuff, besides, I know exactly who wrote the article, and believe me there are “NO” hidden subtle messages in there.
Anyone who really believes that has some under lying issues all of their own!
But hey, I’m not a shrink, I just build websites! I really get a kick out of it actually. People are so paranoid these days, but can you really blame them? I sure don’t.
Although I will stand by what I have said because I truly know that absolutely nothing other than exactly what was said, was meant in that article, or any of the other articles on this site for that matter.
Its all good, and nowadays people are bombarded with so many things about age, and weight, and sex and anything else you can think of, that I don’t blame any of them for much of anything anymore.
Everyone one have a great night,
David
David,
It is unfortunate that people choose to respond with insults they would not say to you in person. Everytime a person tries to elevate the conversation, one or several of these people ruin it with childish insults and irrelevent anecdotes. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could require a college level critical thinking and writing class as a prerequisite to making comments?
Mike
I ordered these 2 products for $4.95 each which was supposed to be for shipping & the items were FREE SAMPLES…but actually are not true as mentioned above. I just called & cancelled any further shipments or charges. It says it is a Green Coffee Bean Extract, but in fact is a I’m truly disappointed that people are able to mislead us into believing that this is a ‘pure’ product. I will go to the health food store & read the labels before taking any more products claiming to be 1 thing & turns out to be something totally different. Thank you all for your information & I will be much more careful in the future when ordering online.
I read about Raspberry Ketones first and today, I found this article on Coffee Beans.
Since Rachael put her name on her testimonial on Raspberry Ketones (I assume it is really her testimonial otherwise, her people will be sure to shut the website down) and it’s just price of coffee, so I thought I give it a try. I’ve order trial bottle, which I have not received yet.
However, we are going on trip in a week, so I wanted to try sooner, so I went to Sams Club and got the bottle. I have been on it for 3 days now. What I can tell you all is, I haven’t lose any weight yet, but same clothes feel more comfortable. Also, I don’t have appetite since I am on this.
I don’t know how Rachael loss her weight, she looks healthy. Not just thin, unlike most celeb on the TV show.
There are a few comments on this blog that people are frustrated and felt mislead. But, I much rather see people post their experience with the product and its results.
Never buy stuff online claiming that Rachael Ray or any other celebrity uses it to lose weight. I wouldn’t believe it unless I heard her on her show saying so. It is so easy now days to pretend to be someone else online. Also, vitamins and other supplements can help with weight loss but you still have to watch what you eat and excercise to lose weight. There is no magic pill.
Yeah, there is NO magic pill people!! Eat less, move more. It’s as simple as that.
